Yard is almost done

After living here for a year and a half, we've finally almost finished our yard...

Our garden has roses, strawberries, cantelope, jalepeno peppers and tomatoes!
Hopefully those roses really do "climb"
Craig made a fountain out of a pump and a whiskey barrel... I picked out the pink lily.

New Fence

We finally got a fence put in so that the dogs can run around in the back yard.

Goin' to the Drive-In

We went to Pueblo on Saturday to see the new Fantastic 4 movie at the Drive In with Ricky and Blakely and their kids, it was a blast!

Uncle Craig was a little bit taller than they were used to!

Golfing at Cheyenne Shadows

I (Elizabeth) won a Microsoft contest for a golfing tournament in Fort Carson... Since I had never been golfing, this was an interesting day - I wasn't too bad though!

Beautiful Lillies... and Dutch

Here are a couple photos of the lillies that we planted in our front yard, they have bloomed beautifully. Some of our other plants have died because of the cold weather, so we already had to replace those.

Yard Photos

We've been working on the yard a lot lately and we filled all of the edges of the yard with mulch on Saturday. You can see it along the fenceline. We'll plant some things in that area, but we'll have to do it in planters because of the cable lines that run through our property.
